2.1 All products sold are handmade leather goods. Due to the natural characteristics of leather and the handcrafted process, variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.

3.1 All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (CPA Compliance)
7.1 Cooling-Off Period (ECTA)
You are entitled to cancel an online purchase within 7 (seven) days after delivery, without penalty and without reason, subject to the provisions below.
7.2 Return Conditions
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7.3 Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective:
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Items made to order according to your specifications
7.4 Defective Goods
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 6 (six) months of delivery. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with the CPA.
