1. Cooling-Off Period (ECTA – Online Purchases)
1.1 Customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 7 (seven) days after delivery of the goods, without penalty and without providing a reason.
1.2 To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 7-day period.
1.3 Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
1.4 Return shipping costs during the cooling-off period are for the customer’s account, unless the goods are defective or incorrect.

2. Custom-Made and Personalised Products
2.1 In accordance with the CPA, custom-made or personalised items are excluded from the cooling-off period and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless defective.
2.2 A custom-made product is defined as any item produced to the customer’s specific measurements, design requests, colours, or other personal specifications.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods (CPA)
3.1 Customers are entitled to return defective, damaged, or incorrect goods within 6 (six) months of delivery.
3.2 Upon confirmation of a defect, the customer may choose between:
• Repair of the product
• Replacement of the product
• A full refund of the purchase price
3.3 We will bear the reasonable costs of return shipping for confirmed defective or incorrect items.
